• By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are the Parent/Legal Guardian responsible for all the children you are enrolling.
• In order to complete the account creation process, you will need to provide:
  • A valid Driver's License, Military ID, State Issued ID or Passport ID
  • Two Proof of Residency, one from EACH list:
    • Property Tax Bill, Homestead Exemption Card, Deed, Mortgage Statement, Home Purchase Contract or Current Lease
    • Utility Bill, Telephone or Cellular, Automobile Registration, Automobile Insurance, Credit Card Statement or Bank Account Statement

• Your account will be used to manage all information and processes related to new student enrollments. Please ensure you keep your login credentials secure and private. Sharing your login information could compromise the confidentiality of your child's records.
